5 times in a row a player asked "all" to join their table. 5 times in a row player refused to play me because my rating was to low. 4 of those players lost more games than they lost. I have won 400 games more than I lost. I set up a table for all to join and players waste my time and refuse to play because of my rating. I play everyone. I say no to no one. My rating is honest. Everyone should play at least one game when match is set and rating should count no matter the difference.

The Ladder is what matters

I see that you seem very concerned about ratings, but claim to play everyone. You're mad because an artificial rating system is allowing players to refuse your game. Why does that bother you if you are not concerned with ratings? Set your table and play anyone like you say that you do. Quit complaining about ratings. They are MEANINGLESS and if you have read the hundreds of posts on this topic, you would understand that. Play for tix, ladder or fun. Your choice. Just don't play for ratings. Your frustration is evident and it takes a reset in your thinking to get past that

At GameColony.com you can play games of skill only -- play for free or play for $prizes!. According to the statutes of most states in the United States, gambling is defined as: "risking something of value upon the outcome of a contest of chance". (Also see No Gambling!).   The skill (as opposed to chance) is predominant in games of skill. Playing games of skill for $prizes, therefore, has nothing to do with gambling as it is not a contest of chance -- the more skillful player will win far more often. The chance element of a 'gamble' is either insignificant or missing. When players compete in tournaments or games of skill for $prizes -- it is "competitive entertainment" rather then "gambling". The more skilled winner will always win more matches, tournaments and $prizes.
